From memory the journal size for the BE is the same for the 2.0 and 2.4, I can confirm this next week when I'm back.

Does Kaci's post not answer your question about bearings? It contains both ID and OD values for both ends of the connecting rod for the 3 20valve variants.

Yes. If you have a standard Stilo crankshaft and standard Stilo connecting rods then you need Stilo bearings.

But also read the section of Kaci's post where it talks about the small end bearings. It seems to suggest that you can't add fiat Coupe turbo pistons to Stilo connecting rods

I tried to put data that is useful and answers most of your questions. If the chart doesn't make it clear what is compatible and what isn't, you better get someone to read it for you. I can't believe you start tuning an engine without basic knowledge.
