Greetings.
Assuming a figure of 290/300 hp, having a slightly larger turbo and the support modifications, installing giant green injectors (0280155968) which FPR should be used?
Standard 3 bar or 3.8 bar?

I would like to update them, I know that the original injectors would support this setting but would work almost at the limit and after 27 years I think it does not hurt, from what I understood studying other old posts, the VXR Blue injectors (0280156280) would be too much for this or am I wrong?

Thanks

With both of those injectors the standard 3 bar regulator will be fine.

Either of those 2 injectors can be mapped to work with the Coupe, both are old designs and well known. The thing to understand is that the greatest effort and time is spent getting a larger than standard injector to work correctly on closed loop fueling - by contrast open loop is relatively straight forward.

The mapper will likely have a preference for one injector over another as they will have done the work on closed loop on one but perhaps not the other or to the same extent - they can therefore 'copy paste' the closed loop fueling data and focus on the simple open loop fueling.

Speak to the mapper you intend to use regarding injector choice.
