Hi all,
New to club but own a 20v turbo plus 1999, had it from new! Has 105,000mls, just had all the chassis worked on, the timing belt & water pump done. New tyres, wipers and breaks etc.

Just looking for an indication of the value? Not selling.

Welcome to the forum Skel.

Good to hear it's a keeper.

Are you needing this for insurance purposes, e.g. an agreed value policy?

Hi thanks for answering!
Yes I’m thinking of shopping around when renewing insurance.

You've presumably insured it for around 25 years, if you think its value has gone up after having the work done to it then there is no harm in stating that to any company you try?

Have you had agreed-value policies up to now?

No not before but after spending loads on it I thought it may be the right thing to do.

After trying this have a scout around t'internet for any other examples similar to yours to get a feel for a value. It's difficult for anyone here to place its worth unseen.

Also see what might be going in the Marketplace forum on here "Coupés for sale" .....

Welcome to the forum Skel. Had it for 25 years, where've you been?!

Needs to insured for at least 10k agreed value, I tried for 12 but they knocked me to 10.

I've got mine through Haggerty:

As along with fully comp as 2nd car they provide;

Agreed value (£10k I've not tried above that but suspect response would be as Morrison states as that's kind of the market for the last 10 years or so for good ones with TLC)
Europe Cover
Race Circuit cover (apart from a trip to the 'ring - its not gone on track and wont be-but nice to have should i do something in Europe)
Buy Back rights

I stick with hagerty- as the insurance process takes around 8 mins over the phone in a chit chat manner. No on-line/large forms/computer hysterics to apply/30 page spreadsheet to complete. Just old school ring up-discuss, they give a price- You pay if you want to.

Nice looking car- welcome to forum membership!

Regards
