Apologies fo posting this once more but unless I can find an inlet camshaft for my 16V non turbo, I will have no option but to scrap a perfectly good car.
The part number is : 7727838
Can I please ask that if you think you may have one, you check for me.
Best regards
geoff

I might have an inlet cam, I'll need to check the lobes.

I'm sure Joe can help.

But if not:

Bielstein advertise new replacements.

A firm called sport ignition.com (not heard of them) advertises a custom set. But quite expensive:

Be a terrible shame to get rid of the car -I'm sure it can be saved.

Nice work Rob

I've found a spare 16v n/a engine in store so I'll check the lobes tomorrow Geoff.

I also have feelers out in Italy among the Piemonte group, they have a meet on the 18th where the subject is being raised....

thanks very much all of you for your responses

thanks for the links, but the first one is for a turbo and the second one is close to the worth of the car !
thanks anyway

Remember Geoff this is the purpose of the Club and community

Geoff, have you tried this source in Germany?

German parts source

No joy from the Piemonte club meeting yesterday I'm afraid, they asked around but negative response.
