Are these 3G discs? Am i right in thinking 3G discs are grooved brembo discs? Seems a good price for a full set if they are.

3G discs are brembo castings.

that guy may be buying bulk from 3G and getting a good deal.

3G discs have brembo stamped on the outer edge and also the legend "3G" cut into the centre (using the same machine tool as cuts the grooves)

Personally, I'd NEVER buy anything safety-related off ebay
