Picked up the new 20vt LE the other day and drove home having said goodbye to the faithful 20v n/a.Anyway big grins and feeling of glee.Arrived at the first red light and thought bloody hell these brakes are a bit spongy, anyway a quick pump and stopped.Anyway after a brisk (ha ,ha) 120 mile run home first thing was to get the other half out for a quick demo run,all went well until we arrived at our front gate where I should have turned right.
Yikes ,foot to the floor ,no brakes, shot past the gate.
Luckily no one in front, but put the car into the garage and a pool of brake fluid immediately became apparant under the front right wheel, the flexi pipe had split where it is crimped at the bottom end.
Anyway fixed today and thrilled with the car, can,t stop looking out of the window.

I would have thought so, nm = nanometre

Have the dyno printout which shows a huge climb up to 270nm at 3000 then a big drop to 230nm at 3250 then a max climb up to 300nm at 4250. Haven't a clue if this is a "usual" curve or not ,but obviously depends on the mods.
Basically the spec is remapped ECU,de catted exhaust, variable turbo,Pace charge cooler, power boost valve fuel pump. Other toys include Racelogic traction control,Tarox discs and pads ,suspension seems original except for polybushes,Cadamuro rear spoiler, and various other bits and pieces.OOPS SORRY GUYS YES lbs/ft
