I am a happy boy again. 2 weeks ago my clutch pedal went to the floor and I couldn't engage any gear looked at the slave cylinder and operated the clutch manually and still no joy So I decided to take off the gearbox and inspect the clutch. it had totally sheared off the lining from the friction plate by ripping out the rivits and also bent some fingers on the pressure plate Anyway have been doing all this myself in whatever bit of spare time I have had. Have just put her back together with a new clutch kit and now i'm a happy boy again. had really missed my coupe.

Thanks Theresa

I feel good now because before, every time I looked into the engine bay I dreaded having to carry out any mechanical work on the car. Now however I feel a little better knowing it is not as bad as it looks.

However I have full respect for the Specialists such as Powerfiat and Motormech.
