That's the thing, what is it worth after a year of ownership?

Obviously, if someone wanted the car badly enough they would pay a good price for it. I would hazzard a guess at £10k.

As a long-term proposition though, this is a good way to get the best example of a Coupé for keeps.

Who cares what it is worth within a year, I am sure if I get one of these "New" Malaysia Coupe, I will keep her for a very long time, 2nd hand value will not mean anything for me in this ocassion.

As stated above, €25,000 equates to around £16,000, which for a brand new (in terms of mileage and useage) Coupe is a damn good deal, I guess things like rubbers (belts and tyres, and certain seals) may have perished a little over that time of standing around. But being they have been stored in a relatively dry climate, and not driven they've got to be in pretty good condition.

And Pearl White too....

Beautiful colour, anyone thought about a front numberplate like an Alfa 156? Would look really good IMHO.

We talked about this way back, and I did a very quick/rough mock-up. I think the consensus at the time was "no".....

I see what you mean. I think more square than rectangular... like a 4x4?

Fair play to you Skodaman. The holy grail eh? Hopefully what feels like a brand new coupe seven years after they stopped making them. Bet you'll get a few looks in Irl.

He started feeding the sheep a low fibre diet

Congrats Skodaman, that may be worth a ferry trip just to come and oggle

This could be the first coupé to suffer from internet stalkers

ps: I'd look at getting a decent security system fitted and Tracker!

First dibs on the bonnet and the rear shockers!

I'll provide the socket sets, screwdrivers and ribe sockets, can anyone provide a few trolley jacks?

I reckon we could have this one stripped faster than CarlT
