Pinin farina,
why do you want to go that high up? what are your other mods? Is it justified to move straight up to 500? why not 440? Is your car in Greece? Who fitted the Dastek? sorry many questions...

Hi. Finally i bought the bosh 465cc and i have a problem. Right now my car is in the garage for tuning the dastek 2. The man who is tuning my car says that he can't get fuel enough when it pass 1 bar. I have a racing pumb so we believe that the injectors are small. Do you believe also that i have to change again the injectors?

Depends on what fuel pressure they are running at. If they are rated for a low pressure by the manufacturer then running on 3.8bar instead of 3 bar could be affecting there performance. Also depends whether you are sticking to max of 85% duty.
Can you change your base fuel chip to a default higher fuel map, therefore you are removing fuel with the unichip rather than adding?

did you buy hi-impedence injectors? The Bosch motronic system must have hi-impedance or else must have ballast resistors attached.
if it is a GT2835 as in the HKS unit you should only need 380cc/min @ 3bar or at worst 440cc/min@ 3bar as the turbo capacity is only 408BHP.
If it is a GT2835 as in a GT28 turbine and GT35 compressor then you're going to need 560cc/min at least.
Have you also uprated your fuel pump and done the voltage mod to the pump?

My turbo is Garett gt 28-35.That's all i know. The injectors are hi-impedance. About the fuel pump i just bought a new one today (Walbro). I had some problems installing the pump because it was burning the fuse so i put a bigger fuse and everything's ok now...i hope!! How can i uprated the fuel pump and done the voltage mod to the pump?
