At my insurance renewal this time I actually read all the paper work and noticed they (elephant) had added various things that I hadn't asked for. There was some sort of critical injury cover for myself and partner and other added on insurances that I don't want or need. I got them to remove them and the policy was £50!! cheaper. I don't need or want these extras, I already have life and crital cover seperately.


What out, they just bung them on without really telling you.
