I know who it is!!! Hehe. But time will show. It will be a monster anyways.
I think Flea is right with his calculations, esp the part about +30bhp because its a TI car.

Thats funny Jimbo, arent you having trouble with the unichip. No its not funny and no its not the unichip ! I have taken the unichip out of the equation and still have an issue with the idle, Im now looking at sensors to replace. Ross, go for the unichip, no point in driving 700+ miles for the same result.

i can send you a iscv if you want to check it.I sprayed brake cleaner around mine and it nearly cut out.Indicating an air leak around the sensor.I replaced the sensor and the throttle pot gasket and since then its spot on.The idle sometimes hunted after reving especially in 1st to neutral like in traffic but that was sorted by pt.Before the sensor was fitted it was fine until it got hotter and then the revs fluctuated from about 500 to 1500.Then it would cut out but there was no rythem to it.Sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldnt. Not a nice drive though when there like this.

Ross,
Go the unichip route.
Gerry is a damn good mapper and has done loads of coupes now. Mine will be going back for a proper remap in the new year now that I have sorted out most of the teething problems after the rebuild.
You know my spec and the unichip is controlling the 16vt injectors no bother at all. Other thing to note is that the new unichip will be available sometime...
Other thing is DON'T CUT ANY CORNERS. Get the boost module and you're having a laugh if it will only take 1/2 tank to map lmao. Personally I'd leave the car with them for a week and get the train back to Glasgow <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I've posted about the new chip b4.
Basically its all singing and dancing and can be 'live mapped' on the road via bluetooth...
