Hi all. I am looking at intercoolers and i am not sure what size fits in front of the rad. I know alot of you have fitted them, i don't want to buy one too small or too big, Really i want the biggest possible, as i am going to have 3" piping right to the throttle body. And when i can going to go for straight induction. Also where's the best place for the inlet and outlet pipes to be (either side, next to each other, or one with pipes at angles).

Help will be grately appreciated.

Ash

The easiest thing to do is to go for one of the Pro-Alloy ones. It's proven to be very efficient at cooling and comes complete with all the pipework you will need.

There should be loads of info if you do a search.

Generally you dont really want the "biggest" intercooler possible as then you will experience other problems. As mattb has said pro alloy done one, or, as i have found out, the evo 6 intercooler is spot on for the task aswell.
