I have been doing alot of coupe internet viewing through europe, just to see differnt styles tastes etc and i have noticed that there are a large amount of coupes in europe with ferrari badges on the front grils / boots / sides etc
Has anyone on the forum have them and what are your thoughts towards them

The coupe isn't anything to do with Ferrari. Why have them? IMHO you might as well plonk Maserati badges on it.

Lol, i think the 'rarri badges are an "in denial" thing, everyone knows coop's are great but the is both a massive power/price difference between the two! Lol doesnt suprise me that Matt was involved with the ritual mocking of such a weird mod

We can all take the pee out of some peoples ideas. But styling is down to individual tastes. Personally I wouldn't have a Ferrari badge on the Coop. And instead remove all badges, making it a bit more incognito. However, that's my own taste, so you should do what you want to do to your car. After all it's your car...

I am proud that its a Fiat and would not change it. Again personal tastes, i would not remove the badges as to me it makes the car stand out more. Plus i think the bonnet badge looks good

I saw a VX220 with a skoda badge on a while back. Not sure what that's all about That's weird. But I can kinda see the reasoning. A "lesser" badge on a "better" car.

or you could put a Datsun badge on your Skyline.... ....who'd think your Datsun badged car was really built by Nissan!! Isn't there is a very loose connection with Datsun/Nissan and the The Fiat Group? Back in the 80's I thought Alfa Romeo and Datsun built something together based on the Cherry? If my memories correct it was pretty poor. Being equally boring to drive, rusty, and with a reliable engine but dodgy electrics.
