Wanting to treat my self to a charge cooler for my coop. First of all, best place to get it from, how much will I be looking at fitting cost, will my car need remapping, what will i be able to increase my boost up to (at 1.2max now) and does anyone now of any good places to get it fitted in the Yorkshire area...

Yes he was, and still is I think.

Running it along with the uprated sidemount, it's a pretty efficient way of keeping charge temps down.

Best bet to get one second hand as £600 is a fair wad of cash - and a front mount would be cheaper and probably more benficial for that price.

I have a chargecooler and FMIC...and soon to be upgrading the prerad to one from a ducati 998 \:D

how you going with a chargecooler and fmic?i would have thought you would lose a bit of power due to the flow restriction.the good thing about the chargecooler is its alot simpler to fit than a fmic and also doesnt block your rad or add the weight of a fmic.i mailed pro alloy who have sold lots of fmic's for the 20vt and their uniot weighs 7.5kg ffs!!!thats a fair lump of metal to have sat at the front of the car!
