I fail to see the relevance of that comment jim.

Auto integrale are developing a tubular manifold, but no idea on price. The other option is the speedshop tubular manifold.

Personally i'd just get it welded up if possible.

piece of peas.
Just remove it take it to local metal work engineering and get it welded. Its cost me and three other mates 30 quid a pop. The guys did a fantastic job too!

I remember reading about JohnS trying a Tubular manifold of which make i can't remember on his 2.4. It is ment to be quite good on the 20vt but not so good on the larger lump. But at 4 or 5 hundred quid its a last mod when all else has been done me thinks!

I've never heard of a manifold removal being a peice of piss.

I believe the AI one is the speedshop manifold. Nyssa7 will be able to correct us though.

Edo is the only one that has a tubular manifold fitted, so maybe drop him a PM

The AI one is different to the Speedshop one, Edo has the Speedshop one that he bought from Johns, so a bit modified

Yes, mine is a speedshop one... with Ceramic coating wich was applied afterwards by JohnS. (coating is falling of btw)

After the first power run it seemd that it helps the spool up a lot.... full boost @ 2500 RPM

Call Auto Integrale for a price.

Well i got the impression thats what Keith had fitted to his yellow peril and with good results too, it'll be on my shopping list too when this one cracks and gives in.

Not too soon though I hope.

A good idea. Although, in all likelyhood you'll only have half a functioning liver after christmas anyway.
