I think metal pipes would actually increase temps if anything, but i dont think it would make any noticeable difference. Nice looking bays by the way.

I look at it the other way though - the pipes absorb heat from the engine bay which gets very hot, rather than the intake temps. As i said though, the difference isnt really going to be noticeable atall i reckon.
