Torque!

Boost!

AFR!

This was done at a new RR in bourne end called car worx! They have good knowledge of modded cars, but not so much the coupe!

I was hoping for more than 240bhp with my mods. Straight through Stainless exhaust (PowerFiat), g-tech 1 chip and Ramair Induction.

They seem to think it wasn't holding enough boost at top end, which is something Charlie from Surrey rolling road mentioned before the mods! (ran 210 that time)

Am I expecting to much or do I have a problem? Any advice would be great!

Is that an at the wheels figure?

I'm guessing not as you're disappointed with it. What are you using to control the boost?

Still the EBV to control the boost! Do have a prv to go on though!

I'm not sure - I would expect around 250bhp from effectively just a GTEC 1 - my understanding is that the induction and exhaust mods are not worth many bhp (at least on a lightly-tuned coop) but may help as far as responsiveness and spool-up are concerned.

Given that you ran 210 bhp (admittedly at a different RR) I reckon 32bhp is about the right sort of gain.

Not seen the graph, but holding boost at the topend is the key to bhp. What was the torque?

Ross

p.s. at work and cant look at graph.

Torque looks like just over 240 lb/ft between 3200-4800 rpm - which seems pretty good to me.

Isn't boost tailing off just a function of the standard turbo?

Yeah Neal it is, and to be honest your graph looks good elder81. Good shape, just need to move the graph up 20 bhp and thats what i would expect you to be hitting. However, if the turbo on your car is knackered, it could be reducing the airflow all round.
