You dont. You send it to a turbo place to be re-conditioned.

i work with diesel engines. standard kit wont be a problem but like i said...an uprated kit would be nice. the company i work for build engines for the MOD mainly. they dont specailise in thirsty italian motors and have contacts sports specialist parts...anyway i take it no1 can help me. looks like a standard re con kit till i save my pennies.

Well turbo dynamics and turbo technics both do a hybrid turbo for the coupe. Whether they would sell you the parts as a kit or not I do not know but it might be worth a try. Would imagine it would be fairly expensive from them though.

yeah cheers matt. its worth me investigating...if not il settle for a standard kit. about 50 quid plus a couple of dinner times at work. not paying hundreds for a re-conned turbo when parts and labour are nothing really on a turbo!!! a monkey could take one apart. guess its just tools and facilities that make it limited for peole to re con their own turbo.
