Is this a good controller?

Do people use it?

If it is the Profec B Spec II then I have found it to be very good for holding boost, easy to programme and change boost settings but it doesn't do any of the fancy in gear or rpm boost setting of some of the Blitz and Apexi controllers. It has a 2 preset settings that you can control basically high and low which for me is 1.2 bar and 1.4 bar

jimO - that one doesnt have a display of the boost you are running does it?

id then assume you would rely on your gauge for the boost level.

have a look for the newer model, with the LCD display of your boost pressure.

or PM fishydave, his current coupe has the one im referring to.

That looks like the Spec I which is an upgraded Profec A model with analogue dials. The Spec II has a digital display which shows boost (exactly the same as my Blitz gauge) but it's easier to read an exact digital display.

Aye that be the one £200 sounds pretty good if buying new but second hand I don't think you will see too many less than £150.

As Rog says, I have the spec A (with digi display), it seems to work well, holds boost and is easy to use. Not as nice to look at as the Blitz SBC111 but then the Greddy is a lot cheaper.
