My wife is looking at getting an n/a - just wondered what particular issues it shares with the turbo (I assume the wishbones but not a lot else??). Thanks fellas.

generally seems to be that they are more reliable than the turbo's though as you say they still need general maintenance (wishbones, cambelts etc etc) to keep them reliable.

Try and find one that's had a lot of the big jobs done already, even if it means slightly higher mileage - new radiator, replaced wishbones and other suspension parts, belt change etc..

you want to opt for one thats had it all done, (and not get bent over and shafted like i was)

i have had to do so so much

but i prety much changed everything now

pay more and pay less (if you get where im coming from)

Ive got a very nice silver N/a for sale shortly. 20v on an R-reg i think it is.

89k 2 owners, EVERY job possible done, and i mean everything, superb throughout, leather, history, all 100% straight, never crashed, 3 keys, all the crap, Just over 2.3k too.
