Anyone find that the 3G rear discs with standard pads can be a little grindy at low speed until they have heated up?

I had my brakes checked and the fronts (pagid blues) are fine but the rears seem not to be as smooth. They also dont seem to clean up as quickly when you have been for a drive as if there not making proper contact.

Could my brake bias be off?

It does not seem to affect my brakes but its irritating in the extreme.
