Anybody had bother with this company ?

I ordered a cat-back system thru MSW.com and was originally told 1/2 days delivery time. Next day I got an email saying Scorpion were out of stock of the item and I would need to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Fine. 2 weeks come and go. Phone up MSW.com once again, who in turn contact Scorpion, and I will need to give it 1 more week. Another week comes and goes (today) so I phone up MSW.com again, who again phone Scorpion, who again say........ yep, you guessed it give it another week.

Just wondered if anyone else experienced this sort of thing with Scorpion ? After reading the Blueflame thread in GB section I am becoming quite concerned. It really is so frustrating having to wait in anticipation for these idiots to get there fingers out of there fccuking arses and get me the cat-back I have already paid 270 quid for.

Rant Over (I think)

Used to have a Scorpion exhaust on my old Fiesta turbo, very nice bit of kit until a baffle fell out, so I emailed them and they sent me a new backbox straight away (sold the other on Fleabay!) so all in all very good product & service I thought...

They might be having to make it custom? or could it be MSW feeding you what you want to hear or shoulder-sloping? thats the thing about third-parties, you could try phoning Scorpion directly?

I have a scorpion zorst and never had a problem with it. tbh I think that msw are fobbing you off for what ever reason. I got my zorst from www.europerformance.co.uk .

If I was you I would tell them that you want your money back and go else where.

I ordered mine via Proven Products, Scropion didn't have any in stock at the time. I was told about 2 weeks delivery time. 2 weeks later mine arrived.

I ordered a Scorpion exhaust on Thursday from Proven Products who are the main distributor for the country, and they told me they are out of stock, and a new batch is being made up to be ready next weds. Delivery end of next week. Now i know some people in the past waited a month for delivery, but its worth the wait in the end as they have a life time warranty!

I ordered one last year, I'm fairly sure it was from MSW and it arrived a few days later

but if theres no stock and you need it now, it might be worth looking at an alternative
