arite everyone,
im new to this forum, currently thinking about seeling my alfa 145 to get a 16vt coupe. (i know a number of people from alfa145.com who have done somthing similar)
anyways, a friend of the family has converted his coupe to 4x4 with the use of bits from the alfa 155 q4/lancia dedra/delta integra (only one in uk i believe). I've been looking for a donor car for the last few weeks, but it turns out he's got a new project on the go so is selling his coupe. will report back tomorrow, let everyone know if i've become a full coupe owning member and how the car performs to other fwd 16v turbo coupes.
looking forward to getting involved with everything. seem like a great bunch of similarly minded petrol heads(after spending a good hour researching through passed posts about buying coupes)

regards Jay (appologies if this is posted in wrong section)

ps. thought i'd best say hey to the broom yellow coupe owner we chatted to at bristol automoto, passed us on motorway (racing alfa giulia, red) he had a problem with a beemer throwing stones at his fog/side lights... beemer drivers, will the ever learn?!

Hi Pete.
Think i chatted to you at Bristol too. Yellow Coupe owner is Blingmaster.
Regards 4x4 Coupe. The Dedra was based on the Tipo as is the Coupe, so in theory, the rear running gear should fit the Coupe. Begbie had a 4x4 Tipo 16v. Ive always wondered why nobody has gone the 4x4 route with the Coupe.
Let us know how you get on.

Andy. smile
