Ok I have done a search and nothing so im asking what might be a basic question. Bought some nice new leathers for my gearstick and handbrake. Shot out onto the drive to fit the gearstick bit - nice and easy looks great. Then I moved onto the handbrake expecting it to work in the same way as the gearstick - It didn't!!! so my question is how to remove and re-install the new leather????
Thank you all.

Cut the existing one with a stanley knife, it will go through nice and easy, then slip the new one on.

Easy peasy

By leather do you mean the gaiter? If so, it's riveted on underneath that section of the centre tunnel. You'll need to take that part out if you want to do a proper job.

Thats exactly what I mean the gaiter. Great knew it wouldn't be a simple job \:\)
Thank you for that though matey, once I ripped it(I have to be honest I did rip aswell) off I could see the task ahead.
