I've just had my Unichip fitted by PTS, and I have a problem.

My standard injectors are maxxed out just before 5,000 rpm - they showed me the trace on the mapping laptop - it "flatlines" at 4,915 rpm.

Only the fact that (on my car at least), the G-Tec2 runs quite rich means that I didn't run too lean at the top end.

What are my choices of injector, what will they cost me, and where from?

My guess is that 16VT jobbies are probably the ones to go for?

Nigel,
Can't you fit the uprated fuel regulator ? Surely this will give you more fuel through the injectors per duty cycle.

Oh and the fact that its only about £70 where injectors are nearly £100 each !

interesting nigel.

perhaps they need a good clean?

docfrag and whittler didnt have the problem, there cars are younger so would assume the injectors 'may' be in a better state.

did paul suggest an FPR for more pressure?
