Arrghhh I just parked well out of the way at B&Q for 5 minutes, came out and some pr*** had parked about 1 foot alongside me in some sh***y orion. When I got back to the coop, surprise surprise there was a nice big dent in the driver's door, probably the only unmarked panel on my coop grr grr grr

He could have parked in a hundred other empty spaces but he just had to park next to me and stupidly close.

Hypothetically speaking (of course) would I have been out of order to give his car a good keying?

Whats the point they're just going to deny it and trying to chase that through insurance would be a waste of time.

You should carry some airbomb repeaters or other super-explosive high altitude fireworks in your car. I assume that if you fire one of those fccukers up his exhaust pipe it would be an MOT failure next time around?

I might set up a high voltage electrocution system, didnt someone do that once, I think they might have been sent to prison or something though.

Going to bash my intercooler about and fit these nozzles, I need to vent some anger!

just let me catch some fooker!

happened to my sister in broughton retail park by me,someone saw this and left a message on her windscreen with the drivers details.
sister went to local cop shop who send a shitty letter to the owner.
owner contacts my sister and paid to get the door fixed.

Arrghh I hate these kind of people. I hate to take the coupe to shopping malls and big carparks for this reason and really try to avoid them. However sometimes you need to go there and I always park as far away from the entrance as possible where there are no cars. So far I have been kinda lucky with this (although there are small dings in my door).

I thought I was going to get absolutely slated for posting this, I was just so angry! Nice to know it isn't just me that gets the hump with this sort of thing. I just got back from a successful coop modding mechanical session so I'm a happy Webbo again now smile

Chances are it would have probably failed an MOT there and then anyway, there can`t be that many running about on the roads now anyway.

Whenever i`m forced to park next to cars I try and get next to ones that look as though they`ve been cared for and aren`t carrying a tribe of kids grr . It`s always a relief to find the same cars parked alongside me when I come back.

Still, that doesn`t help your bashed door though. Feckin ignorant barstewards grr grr grr .

Baz smile

Park diagonally across 2 spaces if you have to take the coupe to that sort of place.

Nah, you're statiscally 3,000 times more likely to have your car keyed by people thinking you're a w*nker.
Well okay, I made that up laugh

Exactly how I feel and I thought it was just me smile

People think I'm paranoid when I park as far away from anyone else as possible and I can't tell you how much it annoys me when I find someone has parked right next to me, out of all the other spaces that were around grr grr

The answer is obvious, if rather expensive...........park on the double yellow lines.

If you get any grief tell 'em Stan said it was okay wink

I did this at my local Sainsburys the other day and some stupid old git driving a Fiesta still tries to squeeze in next to the non-existant parking space on my left. This is despite the fact there are a dozen other spaces free to my right. confused confused rolleyes

I need to park more diagonally obviously. laugh

I seem to attract 4x4's with my coop, I could park anywhere in the car park and when I get back theres a 4x4 with 3 child seats in it. Its almost like a running joke now.

True story, crap picture.....I posted this before, whem it happened.

I too always park as far from the shop as possible (much to MrsC's either annoyance or humour!).

A couple of years ago I had to visit Toys R Us one evening to buy a niece or nephew a present. So, I parked about 5 ROWS away from the nearest car, in a deserted part of the car park. Was only in there 10 minutes and came out to find this...

Absolutely true, that's an actual (crap) phone picture taken at the time.

That sucks, bro.

Hypothetically, how many panels of his fine automobile would had to have been keyed to make up for this misdemeanour?

Wouldn't the first time my name and the word *framing* had been used in the same sentence laugh

Unfortunately the only advice I can offer is to get the details and pass them into your local police station for further action.

In carpark I always try to park at the end of a run of bays so at least muppets can only park to one side of me.

With Panic on this, no matter how far from the shop/ofice etc I will always try and locate a bay on the far left of a row - most cars only have one person in and will drive in forwards, hence least chance of parking dents....

I hate it when someone parks next to me...

My worry is my flat car park. Already someone has put a fist size bent in the bonnet, looks like they reveresed into it then just drove off.

Oh and the other day a bunch of kids were playing cricket down there FFS, with a 'soft' ball that didnt look too soft as it was bouncing off cars etc. I went and had a moan at them.

I think thats about as good as you can do. My local supermarket has all the nice cars park furthest away, scoobies, evos, porsches etc. Its like their own private club smile
