Hi folks!

Anyone here that knows who the man behind the design of this subwoofer installation is?

Yes, that's Fastedds work. He's not on here anymore but we did have a massive great big long thread on this topic last year I think, or maybe the start of this year.

what we need is the left hand boot section from a very broken coupe (cut into a nice easy to manage section !!) and then we can all make a fibreglass mould from that.

I dont fancy slopping a load of fibreglass matt into the back of my car wink

I was speaking with a mate of mine who is a top audio installer, has been in the installer challenge for uk against usa.

Hes sorting out a stealth box for me like whats shown above.

I can see if he'd be interested in doing a few at same time??

Interesting, what is the woofer size? And how did you calculate the correct volume of the enclosure for the woofer?

it's an 10inch

I used winisd the choose the best compromise between sound frequency enhancement and volume of the enclosure...then I built the fibreglass part, filled it with watter and calculated how much extra volume I would need...that's why there is that little step wink

There has been interest before but prices tend to creep into the hundreds and everyone backs off. Get a price then gauge interest (group buy).

£90/100 would be a fair price since it take some work to do, anything over £100 and it's far to expensive...at least from my experience doing my enclosure
