It's nearly that time of year again, when all the exotica comes out (not erotica Pinin! wink )and heads down to Sussex.

I'm all booked in for the friday, just wondered if anyone else is taking their bella down?

For those not sure what I'm on about (where have you been?) here's a link, I recommend this a petrolhead heaven and a great day out!

I'm going, but it'll be on the Sunday, and in my Clio172. It really is a petrolhead's wet dream. I can't recommend this enough to anyone with any interest in cars and motorsport. smile

Most certinly is. About 20 mins before that pic was taken. The Aston test driver let me sit in it and start it up. If you've ever been near a Vanquish when it starts up you would know why i'm in love with them.

Its a pain in the arse!

I live(d) just a couple minutes away and for like a month (if u put Glorious Goodwood, FOS, and the Revival Meeting together) the roads are jammed, theres nothing but twats on the road and noone knows where they're going. Cue cars driving wrong way up one way roads, lots of cutting up as people find their in the wrong lane, and cars randomly parking in the middle of streets becuase they've ended up somewhere they didnt intend to.

Only thing thats good about it was the smile i got from Coulthards Mrs when i held a door open for them. (she wants me really) love

If anyone wants to meet up in Chichester then PM me. I'm not going to Goodwood but have a house in Chichester so will happily pop down there for a few days and see some coops.

I'm going down on Sunday - not going in the coupe though as its not behaving itself (long story). Probably gonna take my ladies mr2 roadster for a bit of top down fun!

Suntan lotion is definitely a must this year - the red face I had last year was deffo not a good look!

Dont worry mate - it's the Moto GP! Looks like Hamilton will be there on the Sunday though.

Yeah sorry I should have stated its the Moto GP I'm interested in.

Goodwood is two weeks earlier than last year and the Moto GP one week later, just didn't even cross my mind they would clash in-spite of the same thing happening about 3-4 years ago. That time I went to Goodwood on the Sat but the Sundays the best day for me as more of the big names are there.

A bit of a waffle/whinge but the long and short of it is I'll be there. tongue

I;m going Saturday! We go most years, set up a 'sun shelter' on edge of cricket pitch if anyone is around!
The coupe is having a (post Le-Mans trip!!) break this weekend, going in dads Honda instead, have taken it before..

Looks like the rally stage will be good this year, proper WRC cars and a new jump!
