Hi,

As some of you may know I have been after a Coupe...and I finally got one last night....lovely!
S reg Sprint Blue 20vt.

I went out in it today after getting insurance sorted etc. I took it easy, had a nice drive round just to get used to everything.
Later on I took her out again, I went along the Dual Carriage way, a nice steady speed to warm her up, came off at a roundabout to start coming back home.
Re-joining the slip road it was all clear, so I put her in 3rd and eased my foot down to the mat...my god. It felt like I had unlocked the gates of hell! The speed is immense..and I didn't even floor it properly.
This car is a huge step up from my old car...and I LOVE IT. But I have to say it did scare me a little, it kind of took me by surprise. The power just comes...and doesnt stop coming...

I've just got to say thank you to everyone on here for persuading me to get one of these ridiculously amazing cars!.

I remeber driving mine for the first time, coming from an AX gt , it was a big leap. When I floored it I could not stop smiling in enjoyment and disbelievement at the speed. I got out of it shaking!! enjoy .. G smile

After three years I still get that when I plant the loud pedal, although I've had to make a couple of changes wink to keep the smile as wide as it was
