Last night (Wednesday) had a bit of a play with an Electric Blue 16VT (i think) - drove down the A38 towards the Meteor Centre from Mickleover, didnt give it too much though due to the torrential rain... Very nice colour not sure if i got a wave as since taking off my rear wiper, its a struggle to see out of the rear in heavy rain... although he did stick with me the whole time on the A38, eventually carried on towards Belper/Alfreton way, when i turned off to Derby.

That would be me, leaving work rather later than usual and heading home to Ripley. Yes 16VT, yes torrential rain. I was keeping station to get a good look at a coupe in motion, particularly the wheels! Some lucky early evening drivers got to see two of what I still think are the best looking cars around, go past them in formation. Having said that, after eight years of ownership, I have been thinking of getting an Alfa GT or 147 GTA (don't tell anyone on here).

ok, two more for me in burton - parked next to a red 20v t-reg at the meadowside gym/centre last night, lovely contrast with my shiny green beauty. then on leaving the gym saw a nice grey 20vt, s-reg, got a wave and nod of appreciation and returned the compliment...anyone on here? wish i had a few of the old forum "business cards" type things we had, so i could leave em on their screens when i see them...

Saw a red P reg 20VT westbound on the A14 near Kettering yesterday at 3pm. I was driving my newly purchased scotts green coop back from Cambridgeshire and you acknowledged me before zooming passed.
Wow these cars are great!

Spotted a red coop south bound on the A1 near Newark about 1600 hrs this afternoon. That would be me heading south to pick up new door handles and an inner wheel arch liner from a mate of yellow20vtbmx

A38 heading towards Derby from Burton a yellow 16v appeared in front of me, tried to wave as I passed ... wasn't looking! Then tucked in in front and gave a flash of my hazards, it followed for a bit before overtaking, got a smile and a wave then I followed before it turned off at the A6 exit after Markeaton Roundabout. A5 *** 16v Yellow Around 6:15-6:30pm It was my first taste of coupe comraderie(?)! it's a great feeling
