The A38M as it goes under the centre of Brum although I've never done it my coop (just a 1.0l metro with a snapped exhaust)

Heard mine a good few times. At powewrfiat i've heard Rog floor it down the road a few times after hes been tinkering. Always sounds very unique to the other cars you've heard. Whats nice about the coop is that its not all about the exhaust you've got, its the engine note

One of my female freinds, who knows nothing about cars, can tell when mine is coming, she said"it has an unique sound, which is lush"

I have just bought my coop out of storage and have noticed how loud it is. It is standard apart from drilled air box & Scorpion catback.

Got someone to give it 90% through an industrial area 0-80 mph. OH MY GOD!!!!!! The ground seemed to shake and rumble. One of the very best engine noises I have ever heard - Unique 5 cylinder sound.

I could hear it for ages as it drove off. I knew the roads and could tell which roundabouts or junctions the car was at!

At about 50 mph it sounds like a B52 bomber cruising in a WW2 film.

It is a loud car and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used to have a Supersprint decat pipe and Raggazzon exhaust system when I first had mine. Sounded like some sort of mechanical rabid barking on full chat. Loved it.

What's interesting about that video, is how much better Kev's car sounds than the others!!

If you'd been at the Italian Car Day you'd of been able to listen to Kev revving his NA while us turbo boys looked on jealously

Does having both windows down going through a tunnel sound the same or just nice in a different way?

I did that the other week, then realsied there maybe cameras under there somewhere. Sounded loud as hell, standard exhaust as well.

had a friend drive mine today, was quite suprised at the sound, a lot louder than i expected,

not quite as loud as my old r5 gtt with a completely staright through 2.5 side exit though!

I often take a long cut through a multi storey car park at 10mph and listen to it burble. at high rpms the cone filter and straight induction is deafening in a tunnel!

Yup, nothing beats the N/A five cylinder growl IMO. Expect of course insane boost through a tunnel.

Does anyone remember the Rockingham day a few years back? Everyone nailed it through a tunnel, it sounded great. Then we all the coupes were lined up, a guard spotted someone's bravo, I think. He started shouting into his radio thing "We have a non-Fiat Coupe". Good times, good times

just before i sold my red one i let my cousin have a blast back from the garage whilst i was in a van, and told him to boot it past me a few times. the sound made me horney! lol

straight through exhaust with no cat and one box! ohhh it was loud!
