Hi, my clutch pedal is starting to get higher and higher so its going to be on its way soon. I have just spent nearly £1000 on it in 2 weeks with the running problems, the new hybrid kicks really hard so i know the clutch will give in soon.
I have been thinking of gta clutch but i have found this company http://www.clutch-specialists.co.uk/index.asp
The uprated friction plate and cover is a good price (£180 inc) Also the friction plate is 235mm instead of 225mm.
I just wondered if anyone has tried these. Can't really afford the paddle clutchs and i have to drive mine everyday.

If anyone else is after one i will ask for a groupbuy if anyones intrested.

Cheers Ash

Ash - I currently have a Group Buy on the Helix Clutches. They're not cheap.. by neither is fitting a clutch. Just think if you try one of these and it doesn't perform, there goes another £500. (The GB allows you to get 20% off RRP so it is a considerable saving.)

The organic IMO is driveable and lighter in use than the OEM clutch.

Your defo doing a good job promoting them. Barbz at TI believes this is the only clutch that can reliable hold the power.

LOL yes, I guess so... but when you think about it, scrimping on a clutch is only going to be less economical later on. At £300 to fit one, it's best to put something in that's proven to work. ;\)

Thanks for the reply. Fitting is free as i will do it myself at work. £500 for a clutch is alot of money :), even if the one at £180 last a year its not too bad.
I am going to see if they do a better one then the one on there site. If nothing comes of it and i can save up enough i will see if i can get the helix from your group buy.

Thanks Ash
