At the moment i have a dastek piggy back ecu which is mapped to a novitec along with gt28r, aguamist, frontmount, etc etc..
Is the novitec the best chip for me to get mapped to or would i see more power from another sort of chip instead of the novitec one???
At a guess i would say the car is about 31bhp at the moment.

Elliot

31bhp? \:D

310 u mean?

It really doesnt matter what chip u map over technically, as long as the mappers map it correctly to your car.

As I understand it, it's easier to pull out the fueling with the unichip which is the reason people use the Gtech2 as it's higher fueling. But it shouldn't really matter what the base chip is too much.

Mostly gtech2 as the novitech had a few probs. But if the novitech was mapped to your car, reduction in fuelling, increase in ignition advance etc etc then it would be ok.

Right ok. Thinking about getting a map done and seeing whats going on then. From there i will know what to do if it needs more fuel etc. Still running standard injectors too so should i change these??

Where can i go down south for a decent map session where they know what they are doing??

Yeh it still is pretty mint Ross,
Need to get the wheels refurbed but apart from that its nearly perfect. Had it for a month and spent nearly 1500 getting it sorted!!! The stainless steel overbraid on the coolant lines that Arthur put on have gone a bit rough but im in on the collant hose group buy..
