As with most things imprezas have been dragged into the gutter by chav scumbags who struggle to even spell GCSE.

The chav evolution map now goes
Amoeba - ape - bent over shuffling mongoloid with curb chain and crazy angled baseball hat - saxo - impreza

That you can compare a 13 year old car design to a current one and not come off badly says a lot.

I have to disagree with all the chav comments. What makes anyone so superior to anyone else that we can brand anyone in such a derogatory way?

No group in society should be singled out in that way or tarnished with such a broad brush.

I don't think anyone was implying that all Impreza owners are chavs. The problem is that now the older examples of the Impreza have fallen in value enough, they are falling into the hands of, shall we say, less responsible members of the public who tarnish the image of the car with their anti-social behaviour. It's not the cars fault of course, but the image of the chav laden with gold chains and a Subaru being screamed around a housing estate are almost inseperable for many people.

You can pick up a working 20VT for less than the price of an Impreza, but you don't seem to see anything like the amount of idiots driving them, so they don't suffer from the same image in that sense. Just the "it's a Fiat and will therefore be crap and fall to bits" image.

What i'd heard of Scooby.net was that they were just a bunch of twa$s.
However after reading that post most of them seem decent with honest opinions.
It's a bit of a shame really that the early scoobies are so cheap now & the 'chav' generation are so attracted to them.
Which is good for us really, keeps the 'chavs' away from the coop.

chavs dont usually own coops because they dont know how to look after them... hence the "Fix It Again Tomorrow" image tongue
