I was looking at getting the best tyres I could and stumbled along these

Tyres

Would they be any good?


Vinci Grey LE
Alfa 147 GTA 3.2 V6
BMW E92 M3 4.0 V8
Fiat Tipo Sedicivalvole 2.0 16v ABS

They'd be ace as track tyres, I'm not so sure about using them as a day-to-day road tyre tho! Although some elises do use these from the factory.

I am just trying to put the best tyre I can find on my young lady \:D

Amazingly sticky tyre but not only would they wear out quickly but youll probably find the car will start to tram line quite badly and reacting to things like white lines and surface changes in the road. We use a similar tyre, the (yoko AO48) for racing and track days but if theyre left on for road use they make driving any distance knackering.

might be less the coupe, depends on the camber but we have a set of bridgestone potenza for road use.

You'd probably only get about 4K max out of these as it's a much softer compound. I wouldn't fit these for the road tbh.
