Late notice guys but I've bad news. The Italian Meet has had to be binned due to my sprayer carting the car up to Carlisle. He had attended Tatton Park show and was with his dad so it made sense to save a load of cash/time by having him drive the car up. Repair cost is £350 which is great and will be back home in time for the Lakes Meet2 in October. Besides, he's the only one that knows the secret formula for the paint job.........

Sorry I couldn't make it either, we were going to come as a family, however Barcelona airport lost our pushchair yesterday and it hasn't turned up yet. At over 2 stone she's getting too heavy to carry far either, when she loses the use of her legs , maybe next year

well it was a great day and once we got there and cleaned all the shit of the car, the weather managed to stay dry until i got back home. I met some more great forum members who i have spoke to on here but nether met so that was nice, also saw some nice cars including coupe. I suppose the high light to the day was that the coupe members that where there, will probably be famous as the is an gentleman who has bought a coupe so he can write a book on them, and will be using info and pics from our cars.

I also dropped 20p at the toll, so the barrier wouldn't lift and had to search for more money before the barrier would go up

Was good listening to you all drag racing out of the toll booths though

That was a bad way for me to go though, an extra 40 miles and an hour onto the journey compared to the way I went in the morning.

Was a good day and nice to meet some new people
