Popped down to Surrey Rolling Road today with Alessandro to check the fuelling on his car. He managed to get 332bhp & 322ft/lb using 1.3Bar midrange and 1.05 Bar at redline.

Though the reason for the post is to see if there is any interest in getting a few cars down there for a day/morning on the rollers.

The cost would be around £35 or £40 per car dependant on how many we got down there.

Dyno day will be on Saturday 10th Nov

I'd be up for this Ken, as I'd like to compare my current figures with those that I had done at SRR back last year before the blow up !

Nah i have a wideband gauge. Mines will be sorted before i get there and it will be ran as is.

Alessandro - Yes, pull a little fuel out at the top and get a better boost controller. You should see 350bhp.

The owner, Charlie, is a good mate of mine and knows his stuff. His rolling road is also very accurate so its worth getting your car on his rollers.

Put me down too. Will have fitted my Pace SMIC by then and could use the session to set up my armval that has been sitting in the garage for a year.

Plus its almost walking distance from me

No I am making sure my charge temps are good

Like to get a proper BHP fig too. With alloy SMIC. Armval and Supersprint it would be good to see if they make a difference. Am after longevity rather than power

I'd love to attend but i'll wait and see how i feel at the time. Done 310 miles down to stanford sat/sun and it was hell. Dont really feel like a long journey like that again.

Ross - you're absolutely batty if you're considering a drive that far for a rolling road......and you know my car will make 2 bhp more than yours and therefore be vastly superior on the road anyway - you'll just end up having to drive back home in tears.
