the oem is 1,9mm thicknes

if i put 1,6 mm the car has more compression and can gain some HP??

is the 1,9mm thickness good for around 250-260hp?

Don't worry about compression, the difference is only minimal.

This gasket will be good for 1,3bar constant turbo pressure so around 300bhp but you should install new head bolts or even better ones.

and where to buy good head bolts?? are important?

Yes, good headbolts are important because they can stretch but for your power you will be ok with normal fiat bolts.
