Sunny Pembrokeshire!!!
Hi all,
Quite new to the forum still, although just bought my second 20VT. (missed the old one too much lol) I am looking at very minor mod,ie induction kit. Can I please ask which is the best? K and N or Pipercross?? Are they easy to fit? (even for me) Do they make much difference sound / power wise?? Where is best place to get one from? Any help is much appreciated...Thanks Jim

Don't bother, its just not worth it. Will not make it any faster. Just use good super unleaded fuel and maintain it well.

Minor engine modding is pointless - will just cause you problems.

Sorry to sound so negative.

An induction kit will not harm the engine rolleyes it won't do much on its own, maybe a bit more noise, lose a bit of low down torque and open it up a bit at the top end (I think its that way round laugh )

K &n panel filter = a lot more noise

which is nice if you like that sort of thing. I went back to a standard air filter and couldn't tell the difference.

It doesnt make the car any faster - waste of money unless you really like the noise.
