Well I just put in new ac,tyres,brakes,exhaust,track rod ends,ball joints,was driving superbly then the engine blew.
Do I put a different engine in or sell it for parts?
I love that car.
Any ideas for a replacement engine cost?
Any advice gratefully recieved.

Fiat just informed me it was totalled,not especially technical of them.
The RAC thought a balance rod (?I know nothing)had come through the engine block,very loud rattling sound,all oil leaked out,still starts and can limp along.
So I don't really know.

Where is the engine?
Any idea of a fitting price.

Engine is here in Stourbridge in the West Midlands, although delivery is no problem.

Can can be seen driven and tested and checked to any extent, it runs simply superb for one of these and does have history to support.

As a guide price, you dont usually get any change from £1500 when buying and fitting one of these. Hence why so many get "thrown away" when they die.
