Just found this on ATP site. Would it work for our coupé, we have a 2.5" Vband don't we? I can call ATP and ask if the ford 5bolt is the same as Garrets 5bolt.

LOL! The thing is next Monday Rog is doing all my work which includes fitting a GT turbo so I'll need something to fit it. I'll probably still get the downpipe if the price is right and sell the Vband but I need something now.

Cant decide if I should get the RS or RSR. I was looking at a used RSR unit but I can't see this being off the car by next Monday so Im having to look at the ATP but I dont want to get bent over for £175 Vband.

ATP do a 5 stud to 3" VBand adapter. I think they do one for 2.5" as well.

Anyhow i've just spoken to alessandro and he's just about to order his new turbo so i guessed he was selling you his RSR with adapter? confused

In my oppinion i would look at getting an RS from the states as they are so cheap. i thinmk they work out to be under £700 with everything to fit (apart from adaptor for exhaust)

@007... understand that time is against you but i am confident that blume flame will pull through.

I want this to work out with blue flame because the H&S dp is not consistant in its size, infact i would be suprised if its smaller then standard in diameter on the 1st turn) and the v band adaptor forces your current dp rather close to the oil cooler pipes.

Stealth systems work seems to be the only other option but i think they are quite expensive, compared to alternatives.

i ment i wouldnt be suprised... and i just measured 2 side by side and they are infact the same, (H&S about 1mm smaller) so thats why i hope i dont resort to fitting one to my car!!!

Kenno, I was going to buy alessandro but I just couldn't take the risk that we would have the turbo off in time and my money in his pocket but Monday. We did talk about Rog taking it off but we haven't spoken to Rog about this. Basically time has just run out with this frown . As a side note I'd just like to thank the guy who has spent the last few months saying they'll have it but not putting the money down. rolleyes
