could someone please give me a quote on how much it would cost for gt28 turbo,chip fmic and a full stainless system(supersprint blueflame)many thanks.

Look at the Group Buy section and you'll find everything but the chip there.

But if you're going to modify it to that level you may as well get the car mapped. That's around £530 inc VAT.

can you map the std ecu or do you need a piggy back?
i know preferably you'll be wanting an stand alone unit, had an apexi power fc in my gt4, but can you remap the std ecu?

Karl - The standard ECU can be remapped. Search for 'live mapping'. Perfect Touch have been able to do this. You can also go the piggy back route (UniChip) for the same money.

JJN - ensure your car is healthy before you modify it. The 20VT engine is pretty strong so as long as it hasn't been abused or run dry of oil it should be okay. You can get a compression test and health check at one of the specialists if you have any concerns.

cheers bud, couldn't find much info on what the live map actualy consisted of, so have started another thread.
which should help myself and others out in future \:\)
i'll be personaly doing a compression test on all the coupes that i look at, fully trained mechanic you see ;).

thanks for your input on the subject though.
