Markus On a journey Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 132	quick update.... we have keyed the rubber coating, applied 3 coats of plastic primer and rubbed that down. Added base coat and clear coat and some of it reacted!! So we are stripping it back again.. Its funny cos my old one was fine like that!! I will keep you guys posted..

I'm doing this job next week, gonna try soapy water and brillo pad 1st, then meth's if that doesn;t work. I'll post the results.
