I'm pretty p*ssed off as my car was hit yesterday whislt parked in a carpark at work

grr

Luckily for me the lady responsible left a note apologising and left her contact details

so now I'm waiting for her insurance to sort it out and get it repaired

Heres some pics:

after

The bodywork was in really good condition so I am gutted it has been damaged.

I just hope they repair it to my high standard and don't rag the balls off it whilst its there

frown

yeah not many people would have owned up. I'm glad she did. She had even phoned up her insurance company and told them about it and claimed responsibilty for it by the time I had phoned her.

Yeah the body work was mint, especially for a 10 year old car, the car has definately been looked after over the years (plus think its had a partial respray at some point in its life documented in the SH).

Bummer, why do these things happen just after you have got the car in perfect running order and how you want it?

I hope it gets sorted soon.

That's bad news mate, I've seen this car and it was in great shape, a little slow maybe wink like Carl says, Its an easy repair I've seen and had much worse damage, it'll look better than before once its done! Nice to know there are some honest people out there still, how pi$$ed would you be if she had just driven off.

I would have been very pissed off. I probably wouldn't have noticed it either til the day after in the daylight.

Yeah I admit I couldn't keep up with you in your red LE, the fear of not being able to stop didn't help, the new brakes should sort that though.

Bit of a strange one buddy but i dont suppose you work/commute to coventry in the week at all? Only there is a coop that looks identical to yours (zender kit, sprinty blue and pro race 1.2s) that parks behind my accommodation on manor road in coventry.... Has a fccuk sticker on the rear window and a private plate, if it isnt you then you have a clone smile

Hmm, I don't know. It has a novitec chip and a boost gauge, so should have a prv right? I think Jimbo had them fitted when he owned the car.
