I've got a replacment and was going to do it today, then realised the job is bigger than I first imagined as I cant access the 4th bolt to get the pump off

So stuff it I'll get a garage to do it, question is will I be looking at more than £100 to get it done?

£100 sounds okay for the labour but I think the coolant will need to be drained/replaced as there is a water pipe in the way (this is probably what is stopping you undoing the lower bolt).

You ought to factor in draining and recharging the system as well.

Yeah I forgot about all the little things! All adds up doesnt it Think I may leave it for a bit now and do it when its a bit warmer! It's not getting used much at the moment as it is anyway!

Emailed Paul today as I didnt want to disturb him on a Sunday! Its the bottom right one looking at the car from the front! I could do it (done it before when changing my manifold) but the only way I could get to it is to remove the rad fans, which in turns meaning removing the undertray etc etc, and to be honest I just couldnt be arsed! Too cold at the moment. If I could fit the thing in the garage then I'd have ago. It's just too wide! I can get it in. But then I can't get out

Well just to update this thread. Paul came back with a price of £80 + VAT which I thought was excellent. However he couldnt do it until after christmas.

So I've just done it, wasnt too bad, but theres still a squeak ! somewhere!

So something else is knackered. I give up I really do.
