Have a look at my first post. I think the ones Badboy has done are based on those. So yes, they are do-able.

Right, to clear a few things up.

The version that have been photoshopped do not have fog/reverse lights.

The light with the indicator in only has a reflector around the outside.
This leaves one lamp with One ring of LEDS.

They do look rather nice Photoshopped on there however i am still going to pursue my other route as that hardly seems like the best value for money.

\:D LOL

I quite liked the "a little better than standard" kind of subtle look which was what I was aiming for \:\)

I used the ones in your first post to photoshop, I assumed that the red ring could be dual filiment style so you'd have 4 rings always on, which got brighter as you braked, the top 2 clear - indicators, bottom clear - one fog (obviously with a red bulb) and one reverse.

Thats exactly what I'd want to see. Find something like that it would be perfect.

Why aim low??

Personally i think the coupe lights look at tad silly with a reverse on one side and a fog on another. Why not a reverse and fog on each side.

Here is the idea im working with.

Ross,I like most of the ideas on here, but the led rings ,twin reverse and fogs would be my preferred choice. In your drawing, are there rings on?cheers Paul.

In my drawing its individual LED's. I suppose i could arrange for Rings, with the reverse and fog in a similar design. My laptop is away for repair at the moment, so dont have coral draw. But indicators on top 2, reverse and fog on bottom 2 and 4 ring leds for brake and tail?

TBH, I don't think they'll look right, maybe? \:\?

I don't see the problem with having only one fog and one reversing light for 3 reasons:
- They're hardly going to look silly - How often are they actually on?
- Thats what is standard...
- Wiring them will be much simpler as thats where standard loom is \:D

My other Idea was to supplement my photo shoped Coup with Subaru Legacy Wagon rear lights that come from the boot lid - they would fit where the reflectors in the bumper are (*I think). Alternativly you could get the LED Lad to make up a light like [Fog/Reverse] [R*** TER] [Reverse\Fog] to fit where the reflectors go?

I've seen this set up before somewhere. Having fogs behind half the portion of the rear reflectors. And then having the symmetry with the reverse lamps on both side, with the normal lights.

That said, it seemed a lot of work just to gain symmetry, when occasionally you need your fogs on, or you're reversing....

Well ive just heard from the guy im chasing and we're working towards a solution that hopefully should regain some element of symmetry and still have all of the lights in the existing units.

Must say its sounding very promising
