on a W reg 20vt. i am picking "yellowcoupeturbo's" car up on friday and he has just emailed me to say that with the GTECH1 on the clutch slipped slightly but when he took it off it was fine. anyone had this problem or have some advice.

Clutch replacement is a big job. However, a specialist should do it for you at a reasonable cost.

Leave the G-Tech off until you get the clutch sorted - a slipping clutch will get worse very quickly. One that's "on its last legs" could last thousands of miles if you refrain from hard use.

I would change it sooner rather than later, it can be quite dangerous when you're overtaking and the engine revs increase, but your road speed doesnt.

WOOHOO!!!!! ive just got back home after picking it up. its booked in at motormech on 4th jan coz thats the soonest they can do it. GTECH is off now. thanks guys.
