With the AFM mounted in direct line of sight to the turbo it can suffer from backwash from the turbo, I had this and it caused some frustrating symptoms: cutting out, jerking, hesitation.
The solution was to mount the AFM on a 45' angle from the SIP so its pointing back up inside the inner wing, I just used a bit of samco 45' pipe to do it and I've not had any trouble since

Probably only worth doing if your suffering with those symptoms and it only seems to be the superspool fitted cars that get it ?
