Run a mile

Any manufacturer that paints the clutch covers to make them look good is probably trying to make them more attractive than they really are

Valeo is fine to 300bhp and 275 ft-lb torque

I have one of those, but the 20vt one. I phoned them direct to get more info about it, seem alright. They are nothing to do with techniclutch thats there which are very poor. They use valeo cover plates and drive, then they make there own friction material and bonds in on like valeo do, which takes more power (i think), The cover plate is uprated. Its then painted (i wasn't bothered about the paint aslong as the clutch was good) I got the clutch next day too, they also make clutchs for the skyline club which did say there good. (checked it out first)
It was the correct clutch and fitted easy, the pedal is abit harder then my oe one was.
The clutch in mine as taken abit of hammer since fitting, even when at 1.2bar and has never slipped and always felt good.
The link you have posted is the wrong clutch for the 20vt, they do a different one for the 20vt.

But if your not modded or anything the valeo oe one will be fine.

Ash

I've just contacted them and they say the one for the 20vt is £280...abit over my budget. Think i will be sticking with the standard valeo one from Alternative Autos since its ok for up to 300bhp as I don't plan to run big power.
Thanks for your oppinions Ash.
