Nah Ben it wouldn't make 2k in bits mate.
People make me laugh so often, so many people think a knackered coupe & an advert is all thats needed to do what we do. (not you ben) It just shows how naive people are. Note how many people set out to do as i do, some even had the stupidity to tell me or quiz me before hand, strange how they give up at the first one, or the first couple.
I keep telling you your too fussy with it, its ok looking at other cars prices, when you look at them its a different story. I'd have said £2500 would be a doddle with a good clean up. Its not as bad as you make it out to be.

Yeh, i wouldn't ditch it as long as you can keep up with the niggles. If you mopped it (you could borrow ours) all over and used some special products here and there i guarantee you people would snap it up at at least £2500. (its all i'd do with it if you p/x'd it on an LE ) Trust me, don't hack it and don't keep criticizing it, might not keep falling apart on you if your a bit nicer to it.

I wouldn't break it, unless it is low mileage of course Also, if you break a car in the front of your house it makes you look like a pikey anyway Someone, down the road has been breaking a Ssangyang Musso for months. The wheels, doors, bonnet, glass, engine all went but they have still got 15 foot of ugly rotting Korean steel on bricks on their driveway. Glad they don't live next door. John

I probably will get it mopped at some point in the new year, will wait for the weather to improve as I gather no one would want to mop a dirty car Thanks for the offer by the way Carl, normally I would accept, but I've read a few horror stories of amateurs like myself mopping through to the primer! And you know that would happen. I wouldn't break it, unless it is low mileage of course Also, if you break a car in the front of your house it makes you look like a pikey anyway Someone, down the road has been breaking a Ssangyang Musso Hahah a Ssangyang Musso! I wouldnt have thought there'd be any demand for something like that! And it is true, I had a couple of funny looks when I broke the 205 (On my nans drive!) However the local pikeys quickly took the bare shell, reckoned they were taking it to the local fire station for practice!!
